The MAC Way

In 1976, the late Robert J. (Bob) MacArthur founded MacArthur Associated Consultants, LLC (MAC) based on the principles of trust, integrity and unparalleled customer service.  From the beginning, Bob envisioned a different kind of company – a place where professionals truly enjoy and have fun coming to work.  This passion for what we do and how we do it translates seamlessly into Bob’s founding principles.  MAC is a place where professionals enjoy serving clients as well as promote an attitude and atmosphere of creativity—always looking for solutions. These guiding principles and attitudes honestly define “The MAC Way,” and help set the foundation for who we are and how we do business.

MAC is a team of 30 professionals with bold ideas. By supporting our professionals with the resources and education they need to serve our clients with professionalism and confidence, they are encouraged and inspired to dream big and never be satisfied with the status quo.

Our vision is to serve our clients by consistently delivering superior services, to diversify and expand our capabilities, to differentiate ourselves as unique in the market place, and to grow and challenge our employees.
