As part of the I-40 Crosstown Relocation, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) constructed a new multi-lane city street along the original I-40 alignment. ODOT selected MAC to serve as the project engineer for the new boulevard.
The project consists of a wide center median, four to six lanes with street-side parking and bicycle paths along the length of the project. The project removed the existing bridge structure and reconnected the new interstate with the central business district in downtown Oklahoma City.
At MAC, we pride ourselves in our design of highways all over our state and improving the lives of the people in our community.
